This is a Greenfield project wherein Rendeals Four Consulting has been appointed as a leading partner in a consortium with the brief to conduct a feasibility study, design, commission and supervise the construction of a 16000 m2 office accommodation for the client. Our role includes project management, quantity surveying and civil and structural engineering services. We are involved in the site selection process and coordination of all related elements including site evaluation for bulk services, geotechnical investigations, traffic studies and environmental impact assessment.
