Goddard Masiavhula is a South African national whose experience lies within Quantity Surveying and Project Management. He is a registered member of the SA QS (ASAQS), South African Council of Professional QS (SACPQS), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Project Management of South Africa (PMSA).
Goddard is a registered Quantity Surveyor with a B Tech Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg (South Africa) and PMD (GIBBS). Goddard has more than 30 years experience working as a site cost accountant, site quantity surveyor and site agent. This experience was gained whilst working at Goldstein, Group Five and Rendeals Four Consulting.

The company has 50 employees with turnover more than R50 million. R4C is wholly owned by black shareholders.
R4C has invested time and resources in researching and undergoing training with a view to create and implement strategy relating to Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BB-BEE). R4C falls under the Construction Charter as defined by the BEE standards. As a result, our strategy will discuss the 7 elements in terms of a score card as stated in the Construction Charter.
R4C has received a level 3 rating on the last review done by the verification agency. We therefore strive to achieve a better rating, hence the introduction of the BEE strategy and the implementation thereof. The company has invested in BEE123 software from Pastel, to ensure that analysis of business decisions are made and impact on BEE score is assessed before implementation.
